ABOUT HEART ATTACK
A heart attack happens when there is a sudden loss of blood flow to a part of your heart muscle. Most heart attacks are caused by coronary heart disease that attack the blooc circulation system.

A heart attack is life-threatening. If you think you or anyone else is having a heart attack, call 999 for an ambulance immediately or visit a doctor soon as possible. If you’re not sure, it’s still important to seek medical attention to be on the safe side about your general health.

UNDERSTAND SYMPTOMS OF HERT ATTACK

Always heart attack symptoms vary from one person to another it depend. The most common signs of a heart attack are:

●Pain areas; most pain areas are between shoulder blades, arm, chest, jaw, left arm, or upper abdomen
●Pain circumstances; can occur during resting, always at night
●Pain types; can be like a clenched fist in the chest deep inside painful
●Whole body: dizziness plus headache, fatigue,, cold sweat, or sweating
●Gastrointestinal: heartburn, indigestion, nausea, or vomiting a patient may experience
●Neck: discomfort or tightness feelings
●Arm may experience: discomfort or tightness

But also common: anxiety, chest pressure, feeling of impending doom, palpitations, shortness of breath, or shoulder discomfort
Normally it’s possible to have a heart attack without experiencing ‘classic’ chest pain and so on. This is more common in the elderly, women, or those with diabetes as the condition can cause nerve damage which can affect how you feel pain during heart attack. Pain or discomfort in your chest that suddenly occurs and doesn’t go away very sooner.

The pain may spread to your left or right arm or may spread to your neck, jaw, back or stomach. For some people the pain or tightness is severe, while other people just feel uncomfortable.

You may also feel sick, sweaty, light-headed or short of breath.
